We turn ideas into buildable reality. From back-of-the-napkin sketches to CAD-ready files, our design process ensures every part fits, functions, and is built to your needs. We create 3D model CAD files and define tolerances for complex assemblies of multiple parts. We model for manufacturability, quality, and understanding so you can see what your finished product will look like — avoiding miscommunication about what gets delivered.

Precision meets speed. Our fiber laser systems cut steel, aluminum, and stainless with tight tolerances and clean edges — ideal for brackets, panels, and custom components. Mild steel up to ¾″, stainless up to ¼″, aluminum up to ¼″. With positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm and a cut less than 1/32″, we guarantee precision in every part.

Complex profiles, clean cuts. We handle round, square, and rectangular tubing with CNC-guided laser accuracy — perfect for frames, supports, and ornamental structures. We also cut channel, angle, and I-beam profiles up to 8″ at the largest part of the tube or beam.

When laser cutting alone won't do the job, we bend, form, and finish sheet metal for industrial and architectural use. Our 150-ton, 10-foot brake handles jobs others can't. After cutting, bending, and welding, we offer finishing to make sure your enclosure is weatherproof and ready to work.

Built for load and longevity. We fabricate beams, columns, and supports for trailers, platforms, and heavy-duty applications — always with safety and code compliance in mind. We've built handrails to code and offer both in-house and external engineering stamp and certification on projects that must meet coded safety standards.

Our engineering team designs tooling and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes. We've designed and integrated fixtures and robotic weld jigs for heavy-equipment manufacturers including Terex Cranes, Genie Industries, Big Tex Trailers, PJ Trailers, and others.

Serving the Magic and Wood River Valley, we create laser-cut signage, decorative panels, and architectural accents that blend industrial strength with visual impact. Gates, handrails, banisters, and custom railings for decks, indoor stairways, and balconies.

With years of experience in the Magic Valley food industry, we use food-grade stainless and approved welding processes to fabricate food equipment. We're trained in weld passivation, ensuring anything that leaves our shop is ready for a hygienic installation.
